Job Summary
SICCO Engineering & Industrial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead complex engineering and industrial projects from initial planning through successful completion.
The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead engineering and industrial projects from planning through commissioning and handover
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and technical deliverables
- Coordinate engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and project requirements
- Monitor project costs, progress, quality, and performance against agreed targets
- Manage procurement, contractor activities, and supplier performance
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, civil, and other engineering disciplines
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress with clients and senior stakeholders
- Support health and safety, quality assurance, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Significant experience in engineering project management, industrial engineering, construction, or a related field
- Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk-management skills
- Experience managing engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Strong technical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with project-management tools and relevant UK engineering practices is advantageous
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
