As a member of our luxury housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless stay, including:
Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, suites, and public areas to the highest luxury standards.
️ Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring rooms are beautifully presented and guest-ready.
Maintaining immaculate cleanliness throughout guest areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces.
Replenishing guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and refreshments as required.
Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure all areas meet 5-star presentation standards.
Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Following strict hygiene, health & safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times.
Contributing to exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and pride in your work.
Previous housekeeping experience within hotels, luxury hospitality venues, private households, or serviced accommodation preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.
