Your Role:
As Quality Engineer, you'll assure the quality of products throughout their product lifecycle by supporting the product lifecycle qualitynced family friendly pol assurance, through the complete manufacturing process, and taking responsibility for ensuring that processes and procedures are in place and adhered to in relation to product quality.
The Quality Engineer position plays a vital role in the support of operational throughput, ensuring the required deliverables are completed on time and to the customer's specification and quality standard. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for ensuring that products and services delivered have gone through the appropriate manufacturing / repair / validation process, prior to final handover to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards interface/interaction with Customers and cross functionally at SGB- Product Release (EASA and CAA Form 1) Signatory
- Work closely with the Operational Manager as well as other quality teams to define quality
objectives in line with company objectives
- Ensure that measuring of the quality of products and services are delivered, with respect to the specified objectives
- Ensure that the appropriate action plans are implemented and carried out and measure their effectiveness
- Conduct audits and OJT in accordance with regulations, company procedures and customer requirements
- Support and maintain the implementation validation process
- Undertake QRQC (8D) as required to support timely operational throughput as required
