Set within 20 acres of beautiful Worcestershire countryside at Fields Farm, Rise + Grind is a thriving breakfast, brunch and lunch destination known for great food, exceptional coffee and warm, genuine hospitality. About The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From welcoming customers and taking orders to serving food and drinks, you'll help deliver the relaxed, high-quality hospitality that Rise + Grind has become known for.
You'll work closely with both the kitchen and front of house teams in our open-plan restaurant, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, restaurant or customer service roles preferred
- Positive, energetic and engaging personality
- A genuine passion for food, coffee and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive "can-do" attitude
- Someone who enjoys going the extra mile for guests
- Flexibility to work weekends and a variety of shifts
