Do you have experience within a busy parts environment?
We are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Preston on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role you will:

process any parts related enquires giving the correct identification and information required.

promote MAN parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines
-
assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets
-
provide 24 hour call-out as per rota.

assist and maintain stock room duties.
-
deputise in all areas of the parts department as directed by the Branch Manager
-
attend any training course as deemed necessary by the parts supervisor
-
ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets
-
ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
-
liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress

provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
To be successful in the role, you will have:

Experience in a similar role

Experience of truck, or related industry

Valid work permit
