Senior Housekeeper/Cleaner for The Bell at Sapperton and The Tunnel House Inn at Coates
£15 to £16.50 per hour including tips, depending on experience
We have six beautiful bedrooms between our two pubs and we are looking for someone with proven housekeeping experience in a senior position to take care of them. This will be a hands on role leading by example. You will also be involved in the cleaning of our busy bars and dining areas, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for the rotas and will oversee the training of new members of the team.

Who ‘you’ are:
We are looking for a senior housekeeper to help maintain our beautiful pubs and rooms. You will need excellent attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude. You need to be organised and pro active, and have previous experience in a similar role.
Your availability would be dictated by the needs of the business. Shifts would be between 7am and 2pm. Estimated 30 hour week.
We will pay travel expenses, ie fuel if you are travelling between sites as part of your day. (3.5 miles between sites)

The bedrooms business is managed overall by our very experienced Operations Manager, Jacquie Rawicki and is independently owned by experienced foodie owner/manager Peter Austen.
We have an unbeatable reputation for consistently being one of the top food led pubs in the Cotswolds. We’re lucky, because the Bell is a centuries old building, oozing charm, and for decades it’s been buzzing with delighted customers. Sapperton is one of the most beautiful villages in Britain, in the heart of the Cotswolds, as is Coates.
Our customers are everything to us and they are both discerning ‘foodies’ who have driven hours to get here and also our local community who love us for still being a proper independent pub, unlike so many of our competitors in the region. We look after anywhere between 50 and 200 covers a day, depending on the time of year. Yes, we’ve got great awards and reviews, but, most importantly, we’re still growing and we’re professional too.
