Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
· Administer medication safely and accurately.
· Lead and support the care team during the night.
· Maintain accurate care records.
· Liaise with healthcare professionals.
· Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experience in a senior care role within a care home
- DBS on the Update Service (preferred) to support a quicker start
- A caring, positive and professional approach with the confidence to lead by example.
- We recruit throughout the year as we continue to grow and welcome applications from experienced Senior Care Assistants looking for a long-term career with Arlington Care Group.
- Care home: 2 years (required)
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate. Applicants who already hold an Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service may be able to complete pre-employment checks more quickly.
Pay: £14.06 per hour
