The Change Manager is responsible for providing central coordination and oversight of change activity across TOM-related initiatives. They will ensure that change is sequenced, aligned and delivered at a pace the organisation can absorb. The role acts as the TOM Programme’s “air traffic control” for change, ensuring a coherent narrative as the new operating model is implemented. By orchestrating the overall change landscape across the TOM programme, the role minimises disruption and supports successful adoption of the new operating model.
This is a pivotal role within our transformation, requiring an individual who can translate complex operating model changes into clear, compelling narratives, influence stakeholders at all levels through periods of change, and build alignment across multiple business areas. Working closely with senior leaders and programme teams, they will provide confident guidance, challenge and support to help drive successful implementation of the Target Operating Model. The role is also responsible for maintaining and protecting the integrity of the Target Operating Model, ensuring all design decisions align to agreed principles and end-state outcomes
