Sales Negotiator – Lincoln
Basic Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: £35,000 – £40,000

Pygott & Crone are looking to recruit a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our successful and established team at our Lincoln office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property, exceptional customer service skills and a desire to build a rewarding career within one of Lincolnshire's leading estate agents.
The successful candidate will be confident, well presented and highly motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will enjoy building relationships with clients, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Previous estate agency or sales experience is desirable, although candidates with a strong background in customer service or a target-driven sales environment will also be considered.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements.
- Arranging property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Generating valuations and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors and purchasers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while working towards individual and team targets.
The role is based at our Lincoln office, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, together with alternate Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a day off in lieu.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of £20,000 – £24,000, depending on experience, together with an uncapped commission structure providing realistic On Target Earnings of £35,000 – £40,000, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to progress your career within a respected, award-winning estate agency.
