Location: Hybrid remote and in person - London, Waterloo Office (UK)
Beyonk Group is on a mission to help experience & attraction businesses grow faster & smarter.
As a full-scale growth partner, we combine industry-leading booking & ticketing software with powerful marketing services & data-driven insights, helping attractions & experience providers operate efficiently, reach more visitors & maximise revenue.
Through our marketing services, we help leading destinations, from family attractions to major farm experiences, reach millions of new visitors every year. We run the social, advertising, websites & email that fill their busiest seasons.
We're growing fast, welcoming thousands of customers a day to incredible experiences, & expanding across the UK & US. We work partly remotely & partly from our London office, in a fast-paced, collaborative & ambitious environment. It's an exciting time to join Beyonk Group, grow with us & shape the future of how the world experiences the world.
As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll own the relationship with a portfolio of attraction and seasonal event clients, lead the marketing we deliver for them, and grow your book by bringing on new clients.
There are two sides to this role:
The first is running great marketing for your clients. This is hands-on. You'll plan and run campaigns across social, paid advertising, website and email, and you'll be the person the client trusts to make it all work. You'll turn results into clear recommendations and help each client get more from their marketing season after season.
The second is growth. Beyonk has a large base of UK software customers who already know and trust us but don't yet take our marketing services. Your job is to grow your own book from that base: spot the fit, have the conversation, and put a strong proposal in front of them. This is warm, not cold- you'll get introductions, and we'll build you AI-assisted tools to turn a good conversation into a tailored proposal quickly. It's a build-up phase with a clear end point, growing the book until you're at a healthy capacity, not a permanent sales target running alongside the delivery.
The people who do well here enjoy both halves: the craft of the delivery and the commercial pull of growing something. You'll need to protect the growth work so it doesn't get swallowed by the day to day, and we'll help you do that.
-
Own a portfolio of clients as their main point of contact and trusted marketing partner

This role suits someone who moves comfortably between hands-on campaign work and commercial conversations, and who is genuinely energised by growing their own book rather than only servicing what they're handed.

Managing marketing across multiple channels (social, paid, email, web), hands-on
-
Confident owning client relationships, and comfortable holding a commercial line

-
Organised and calm managing several clients and deadlines at once
Nice to have:
-
Exposure to attractions, seasonal events, tourism, hospitality or leisure
-

Join us at the early stages of an exciting new chapter for Beyonk Group.
We're growing fast, expanding across the UK & US, acquiring new businesses & evolving from a startup into an established company with high energy, high ambition & high fun.
What we're building matters. Every contribution helps families plan days out, connects people with local experiences & supports the attractions & small businesses that bring communities to life. You'll see the impact of your work every day, in the campaigns you run, the visitors they bring in & the reviews shared by people enjoying days out at our clients' sites.
We're a lean team where every role matters & every voice counts. You'll help shape key goals with the freedom, trust & support to make things happen. Roles here aren't rigid, you'll take on projects beyond your title, learn as you go & see the tangible results of your work. The people who thrive at Beyonk love that autonomy & breadth.
And while we take the work seriously, we have fun doing it. Our London office is guarded by a life-sized alpaca named Elsa, there's a steady flow of sweet treats & the occasional questionable costume for "content purposes".
Beyonk Group is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome every background & perspective, knowing that our differences make us stronger, more creative & better at what we do.
