Agency Express Bristol North & Bristol South is looking to recruit a Van Driver & Signboard Erector to cover weekends and holidays.
Working hours will be split equally between both territories, with a guaranteed minimum of 68 hours per month (34 hours per month for each area, averaging roughly 17 hours per week).
Main Duties
Starting each day from storage facilities located between Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare, your daily responsibilities will include:
· Erecting, maintaining, and servicing ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards for a range of estate agency clients, primarily across the BS postcode and surrounding areas.
· Completeing an average daily schedule of 40–60 property visits (workloads fluctuate seasonally).
· Using ‘Signmaster3’ the Agency Express online board management system and mobile application to manage work load.
· Maintaining clean, tidy, and organised storage facilities and company vehicles.
Skills required
· General DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills etc
· Comfortable with ladder work
· Personable, presentable and happy to take calls where needed
· Organised, able to work by yourself and to use initiative when required
· Full clean driving license with 7 year's driving experience.
Working Hours: 7/8am - 4/5pm
Part-time role: Weekends only

Holiday: Pro Rata of 20 days + bank holidays.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
