Boat Cleaners – Temporary Seasonal Positions
Barnes Brinkcraft is looking for at least three reliable cleaners to help prepare our holiday boats in Hoveton for arriving guests.
This is a temporary position until the end of our boating season, with work available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Applicants can work anything from Saturdays only to all four days, although regular Saturday availability is essential.
Usual hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 9am–3pm
Saturday: 9am–4pm
We can offer some flexibility around school hours, including a slightly later start for those needing to manage the school run.
The role includes:
- Cleaning the interiors of our holiday boats
- Changing beds and preparing linen
- Restocking and preparing boats for arriving guests
- Moving cleaning supplies and equipment
- Working as part of a friendly and busy team
This is a practical and physically active role. You will need to be comfortable getting on and off boats and with regular bending, lifting and moving around in smaller spaces.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is useful. We are looking for people who are reliable, punctual, pay attention to detail and take pride in leaving everything ready for our customers’ holidays.
