We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance and Operations Lead to oversee our organisation’s financial health and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of financial management strategies to support organisational objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including reporting, compliance, and audit preparation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimise organisational resources.
- Implement cost control measures to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditure.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards across all departments.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth or optimisation.
- Ability to process payroll and knowledge of NHS pension advantageous
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organisational change.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
- Experience managing accounts payable processes and implementing efficient financial workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum AAT level 4 essential.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
