Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures, using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards, confidentiality, and respectful interactions with staff and visitors.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high cleanliness standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout shifts.
