Sales Representative (Part-Time & Overtime Available)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at our concessions in Pearson's Department Store, Enfield. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury/premium fashion, watches, and sunglasses, who thrives in a customer-facing retail environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Thursday – Saturday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:30am – 4:30pm
- 10 hours per week + overtime available
- Flexibility with working hours can be considered where suitable for the business
Pay:
- £13.00 per hour (21 and over, if below age will discuss during interview process)
- Performance reviews with opportunities for wage increases over time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and product knowledge
- Drive sales and consistently meet KPI and sales targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards within the concession
- Stay up to date with current trends in watches, sunglasses, and luxury accessories
- Use social media awareness to understand trends and optimise sales opportunities
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Assist with online order fulfilment, including packaging and dispatch when required (training provided)
- Represent the brand professionally within a department store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (department store experience is beneficial but not essential)
Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus (full training provided)
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, watches, or sunglasses (watch knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Professional presentation and attitude when dealing with both luxury and everyday clients
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends and overtime when required
