We’re looking for someone to take charge of the day-to-day fulfillment side of our business as well as maintaining our high level of customer service through email.
The role will involve packing and dispatching orders placed through our website, preparing larger shipments for Amazon fulfilment centres, printing shipping labels, keeping the warehouse organised and dealing with customer service enquiries through our company email.
This role needs someone who is highly organised, reliable and able to think for themselves. There are a lot of moving parts, so attention to detail is very important. We need someone who can stay on top of orders, notice when something doesn’t look right and deal with problems without needing much supervision.
What you’ll be doing
- Picking, packing and dispatching website orders
- Printing and managing shipping labels
- Preparing stock and cartons for Amazon FBA shipments
- Making sure Amazon shipments are labelled and prepared correctly
- Responding to customer emails about orders, deliveries, returns and replacements
- Dealing with courier issues and delivery problems when they arise
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
- Keeping an eye on stock and reporting any discrepancies
- Making sure orders and shipments are completed accurately and on time
