Summary
We are seeking a Hands-On Cleaning Manager / Mobile Cleaner to oversee daily cleaning operations at various client sites in Bournemouth. This is a part time role, 16-20 hours a week, additional hours may be available, to be discussed at interview Flexibility is important for this role which is mainly based in mornings and early afternoons. A driving licence is essential.
Based in BCP Area, this role is vital in ensuring our service delivery aligns with our company's mission of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry our Cleaning Duties where necessary inc cover work
- Train and support staff to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Enforce health and safety policies across all sites.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
- Ability to train staff effectively.
- Good communication skills with clients and team members.
- Flexibility to manage multiple sites as required.
- Previous experience in a managerial or Supervisor role is preferred.
