Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated UPVC Window Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint and finishes to UPVC window frames, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare UPVC window frames for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and care
- Ensure all work is completed to the specified colour and finish standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during the painting process
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered
- Assist with other related tasks as required to support the production process
Qualifications
- Previous experience in airless spraying is essential
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Valid driving licence is desirable to facilitate transportation between sites or materials stores
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to painting and construction work
