Overview
We are seeking a dedicated CSCS Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various site activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities
- Assisting with general site clearance, including debris removal and organisation of materials
- Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment as required
- Supporting tradespeople with their tasks, including moving tools and supplies around the site
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with setting up scaffolding, barriers, and signage where necessary
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with site safety protocols and procedures
- Supporting the delivery of materials to designated areas on-site
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card is essential for this role
- Must have a UTR number
- Prior experience in construction or labouring is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to undertake physical labour tasks
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards on construction sites
