Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of customer service.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
- Lead merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that maximise sales potential.
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as stock control, reporting, and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Foster a positive shopping environment through leadership in customer engagement and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and administrative duties.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanour with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
