Contract: Zero-Hour Contract - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 2 - 3 days a week

The Role
We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Inspector to come join our Leeds team on a casual basis (zero-hours contract). The role will involve conducting monthly inspection reports and carrying out basic reactive maintenance tasks for our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
This is a field-based role, reporting to the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Inspections: Observing unit maintenance, logging findings in reports, ensuring Guardians adhere to licence agreements
- Maintenance: Complete general repair works i.e. lock changes, painting, shower installations and repairs, door hanging, minor electrical changes
- Compliance: Ensuring properties meet all legal safety standards, such as Asbestos regulations, health and safety, and Fire Safety
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between Guardians, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Must Haves:
- Valid UK Driver’s license
- Understands property repair standards, and health & safety regulations
- Previous experience in responsive maintenance, void repairs, or construction
- Experience dealing with public / customer service issues
- Experience using MS Office and reporting systems to log reports
The Ideal Candidate:
- Property Maintenance: 2 years minimum
- A confident and well-spoken communicator
- Able to prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to remain calm and professional under difficult situations
- Confident using different IT systems for daily tasks
- Relevant Certifications
