Role Overview
Parksafe Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within required timescales.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle checks.
- Report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
- Support stock organisation and warehouse housekeeping.
- Inspect products for damage and quality issues.
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Assist with returns and warranty processing.
- Support other departments when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous warehouse or stores experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience using stock control or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
- Experience within an automotive, electronics, or distribution environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
