HIRING – General Builder (multi-trade)
£180 - £200 rate self employed (Depending on experience).

Role Overview:
Our continued growth has provided us with an exciting opportunity to add new General Builders to the team who are multi-trade based. This role will be predominantly working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team helping to deliver home renovation and extension projects.
To be successful in achieving this position you will be required to have experience completing:
- Groundworks & drainage
- Block work
- Insulating, boarding & plastering.
- Rendering
- Structural Alterations using steelwork.
- Landscaping projects
- Construction of extensions
- 1st Fix Carpentry i.e. Studwork, structural floors, roof framing
- 2nd Fix Carpentry i.e. Timber flooring, hanging doors, installing skirting architraves and window boards
- Tiling and grouting
- Decoration
- Have appropriate transport to get materials on way to site
This is a varied role with a fast-pace, you will need to think on your feet, problem solve but is also fun and a friendly environment. Our Industry never stands still and throughout that constant movement we guarantee a support network that offers an experienced and focused team that enabling us all to achieve our goals.
Benefits:
- Self employed rate £180 - £200 per day
- 39 hour working week

- Full clean UK driving license
- Own set of tools
- Own vehicle (preferably a van)
