Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Duties

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
- Organise catering events and special functions as required.

- Proven experience in catering, cooking, and restaurant environments with strong culinary skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, meal planning, and kitchen management.
