The Role:
We're looking for passionate Back of House Team Members who understand that cooking is both an art and an act of hospitality. You'll be preparing our signature dishes with care and precision, while maintaining awareness that you are always visible to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to our recipes and standards with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workstation at all times
- Work efficiently during peak service periods while maintaining quality
- Maintain exemplary personal hygiene and proper uniform standards at all times
- Strictly adhere to all food safety protocols including proper handwashing, glove usage, and cross-contamination prevention
- Follow HACCP principles for food preparation, storage, and temperature control
- Properly label and date all food items according to regulations
- Immediately report any potential food safety concerns to management
- Collaborate seamlessly with Front of House team members
- Engage positively with guests who may observe your work
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and minimizing waste
- Contribute to menu development and improvement
We're Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required for those with the right attitude
- Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain within 14 days)
- Someone who takes pride in their work and believes that details matter
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- The ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor
