Production Manager – Limavady
We are recruiting a permanent Production Manager for a leading manufacturer in Limavady.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a production team of around 120 employees, driving safe, efficient and high-quality output while meeting customer and business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Team Leaders and production teams.
- Manage production targets, labour, resources and workflow.
- Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Continuous Improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and resolve production issues, bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.
- Support recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven Production Management experience within manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience in production planning, capacity and labour management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.
