We are looking for dedicated Community Care Assistants to join our team and help us make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, providing support to live independently in their own homes around your local area and community. We have full and part time positions available and we can work around your availability. If you are compassionate, kind and of a caring nature then this is job for you.
Location: Wainscott , Rochester, Strood ’ and the surrounding areas .
We have various contracts available: Self-employed, Salaried, Hourly and guaranteed hours.
Duties include :
- Medication management
- Light housework
- Personal care.
- Meal preparation
- Securing the premises
- Ensuring clients get to bed safely

What we need from you to join our team:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Driver preferably
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
