Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the latest industry trends.
Provide technical guidance and support to our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and find effective solutions.
Design, develop and implement customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert for technical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to minimize risks.
Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and other client-facing activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in technology, and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar technical role, preferably within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
Experience with API integrations and web services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Experience working in a client-facing role is a plus.
