Job Title: Supervisor Cleaner – £16 per hour (30 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Supervisor Cleaner to join our growing team.
This is a supervisory role for someone who takes pride in high standards, can support a team, and has experience in professional cleaning.
Key responsibilities:
- Train and support cleaning staff
- Carry out inspections and quality checks
- Complete reports and provide feedback
- Hold regular 1-to-1 meetings with cleaners
- Provide holiday and sickness cover when required
Please note: This is not a permanent cleaning cover role. Cleaning duties will only be required when covering annual leave or unexpected sickness.
What we are looking for:
✔ Previous commercial cleaning experience
✔ Supervisory/team leader experience preferred
✔ Reliable, organised, and confident supporting others
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
