Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, following established procedures.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain continuous availability.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues that require reporting.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe environment for colleagues and visitors.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes according to company policies.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and complete logs accurately to ensure accountability and consistency.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
