Salary: £26,000–£28,000 per annum

As a Maths Graduate / Unqualified Maths Teacher, you will join an experienced Maths department and benefit from support and guidance as you develop your teaching skills. Maths Graduate / Unqualified Maths Teacher – The Role
- Full-time, one-year contract
- £26,000–£28,000 per annum
- Term time only, plus 3 additional days
- Teaching Maths across secondary age groups
- Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons
- Supporting students to achieve their academic potential
- Working closely with experienced Maths Teachers and department leaders
- Developing classroom management and teaching skills
- Gaining excellent experience for future teacher training applications
Maths Graduate / Unqualified Maths Teacher – Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
- Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Maths
- A desire to pursue a career in teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The confidence to lead and engage a classroom
- High expectations of student behaviour and achievement
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential
