Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Bar or Floor Supervisor ready to progress to join our vibrant Front of House team! A passion for great service, a little bit of razzle dazzle, and desire to learn and be great at a fun job.
Duties
Team Leadership & Shift Management
- Run shifts: Lead integrated floor and bar team from briefing to close.
- Build rotas: Schedule staff efficiently around the weekly events calendar.
- Train staff: Up-skill team members on high-volume service and upselling.
Commercial & Stock Control
- Manage inventory: Conduct regular stock takes for high-turnover bars.
- Order supplies: Secure wet and dry stock to meet expected event footfall.
- Handle cash: Complete daily line checks, safe drops, and till reconciliations.
Guest Experience & Reputation
- Deliver Excellence: Create great guest experiences beginning at the front door.
- Resolve complaints: Handle guest feedback professionally in real time.
- Maintain atmosphere: Control lighting, music, and vibe to match events.
- Build loyalty: Engage with regular locals and event clients to secure repeat business.
Event Planning & Execution
- Assist logistics coordination: Liaise with performers, special guests, and party booking hosts.
- Assist event setup: Oversee events room dressing, AV testing, and ticketing.
- Assist promotion: Coordinate with teams to push event ticket sales and table bookings.
- Execute showtime operations: Direct floor staff during peak, high-volume event nights.
Pay: Up to £16.50 per hour
