A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy estate agency in Tiverton.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the friendly and dedicated team working within a thriving office with the scope to develop and progress. This varied role will include dealing with all aspects of residential letting and property management. The role is ideally suited to someone who is well organised, has good IT knowledge, be well presented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally have some property experience, although training can be provided.
With this role the Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both landlords, tenants and contractors, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings and organising new and existing tenancies.
The primary role will include:
- Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries received in person, by phone or by email.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Liaising with contractors to arrange both routine and ad hoc property maintenance.
- Undertaking property inspections and reporting to the landlord.
- Tenancy preparation to include producing inventory reports.
