About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpet Tile Fitter to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fitter who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations on commercial and residential projects.
You will be responsible for the accurate measurement, cutting, and professional fitting of carpet tiles. The role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard, on time, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure rooms accurately and plan tile layouts for a clean, professional finish
- Prepare subfloors (including cleaning, levelling, and adhesive application where required)
- Cut and install carpet tiles to a high standard, ensuring tight joints and correct alignment
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Work independently or as part of a small team
- Communicate clearly with the site manager or office regarding progress and any issues
- Leave the site clean and tidy after each installation
Pay & Benefits
- Paid per square metre – competitive rates available

Requirements
- Proven experience fitting carpet tiles (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage your own time
- Own transport is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel within the Coventry area and surrounding regions
Pay: £25,420.00-£53,789.02 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coventry
