General office duties to include:
- Adding stock onto the system
- Taking orders over the telephone and by email and processing them
- Preparing the delivery check sheet for the next days deliveries
- Placing orders with our suppliers
- Stock checks
- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Taking payments from customers
- Preparing the time sheets
- Collecting information for the rep's
We prefer for someone to live local and be able to drive as there is limited public transport.
