Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders accurately while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages following safety and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Manage cash and card transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations before and after events
- Engage with guests to create a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a bonus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence
- Ability to perform basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management to keep up with fast-paced event schedules
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
