Responsibilities

Skills
- Proven assisted living experience or home care background demonstrating reliable caregiving skills.
- Strong patient care abilities with a focus on dignity and respect for clients’ independence.
- Experience working in nursing homes or hospice settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and managing complex behavioral needs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfers.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Valid driving license for safe transportation of clients; familiarity with local routes preferred.
- Basic first aid certification to respond promptly in emergencies.
- Capable of meal preparation tailored to specific dietary restrictions or health conditions.
- Skilled in medication administration following prescribed instructions accurately.
