Professional Cleaning Operative
Permanent Position
Location: Frome, BA11
Hours: 6 Hours a day Monday to Friday
Start time 6am
The Role
We are looking for a professional, detail-driven Cleaning Operative to join our team on a permanent, salaried basis. This is not a casual or stop-start role. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and values consistency, routine and high standards.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across a commercial site, working independently and trusted to do the job properly.
This role suits someone who wants security, respect and long-term stability, not just hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality cleaning across offices, restrooms, kitchens and communal areas
- Maintaining excellent hygiene standards through dusting, vacuuming, mopping and surface sanitising
- Managing waste disposal in line with health and safety requirements
- Spotting and reporting maintenance issues or potential hazards
- Looking after cleaning equipment and supplies with care and accountability
- Representing the business professionally when on site
