We are looking for a kind, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to assist an elderly gentleman in his own home. The role will focus on helping him maintain his independence, dignity and quality of life by providing person-centred support with daily routines, companionship and activities. The ideal candidate will be patient, respectful and attentive, with a genuine commitment to supporting others. Previous care experience is desirable, although full training and guidance will be provided.
The working pattern will be 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (days) and 7.00 pm to 8.00 am (nights) and will include weekend working.
We are not able to support candidates requiring sponsorships at this stage.

· Confidence in supporting people with complex or challenging needs.
· Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Ability to work within a structured team and follow detailed guidance.
· Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
· Basic IT skills for electronic record keeping.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
