We're looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Front of House & Spa Chick to become the face of our beautiful day spa.
This isn't just a reception job. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly while making every client feel welcome, relaxed and excited to be here.

What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but your role will include:
- Greeting clients with a warm, friendly welcome
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Managing appointments using Phorest (experience preferred)
- Taking bookings and deposits
- Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Looking after guests enjoying our private hot tub and relaxation area
- Serving afternoon tea and refreshments
- Assisting with general social media content and posts
- Supporting our therapists by helping keep them running to time
- Cleaning and tidying treatment areas and communal spaces to our high standards
- General administration
- Stock takes and stock organisation
- Helping create a calm, luxurious experience for every guest
We'd love you to have
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- Experience using Phorest (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for making people feel special
- Good computer skills and confidence using social media
Working Hours
This role includes Saturday working, so flexibility is essential.
