About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of traditional, offline marketing and sales campaigns.
Our work is focused on face-to-face customer engagement and sales. This means you'll work directly with customers to represent our clients and promote the products and services associated with each campaign.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop practical experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and professional communication.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients through offline, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
- Speak directly with customers to introduce and promote products and services.
- Learn about the products, services, clients, and campaigns you represent.
- Support customer acquisition and sales activities.
- Communicate product and campaign information clearly and professionally.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow campaign and client guidelines when representing products and services.
- Work towards individual and team campaign objectives.
- Work alongside experienced team members during campaign activity.
- Develop an understanding of how offline sales and marketing campaigns are delivered and managed.
Training and Development
You'll receive training to help you understand the products and services you represent, the clients you work with, and the requirements of each campaign.
Training will cover areas including:
- Product and service knowledge.
- Client and campaign information.
- Face-to-face customer communication.
- Sales and customer acquisition techniques.
- Campaign procedures and objectives.
- Professional customer interaction.
- Client representation.
You'll also receive ongoing coaching and feedback as you develop your sales and communication skills.

Important Information About the Role
This is an on-site, face-to-face sales and marketing position. The role involves regular direct interaction with customers as part of offline sales and marketing campaigns. It is not a remote, hybrid, digital marketing, social media, or office-based marketing role. This is a self-employed position.
Compensation: Base guarantee plus commission.
The products and services you'll represent, along with the applicable campaign compensation structure, will be explained during the recruitment and training process.
