We’re hiring a Kitchen Artisan to join our team at Little Dessert Shop in Cardiff. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced dessert kitchen. You’ll be preparing high-quality desserts, maintaining consistency, and keeping standards high during busy service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble desserts to brand standards (waffles, crepes, cakes, shakes, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in presentation, portioning, and quality
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
- Manage prep work and restocking during shifts
- Work efficiently during peak hours without compromising quality
- Support team members to keep service running smoothly
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred (not mandatory if you learn fast)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays required)
