Role Summary
Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions, investments, and partnerships across NRUTSEAB’s ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Source acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Conduct valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis.
- Structure deals and support negotiations.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams.
- Identify strategic synergies across portfolio companies.
- Support long-term portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and deal structuring capability.
- Experience in executing transactions.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment.

Pay: £180,000.00-£350,000.00 per year
