Assistant Manager

We’re looking for an inspiring Assistant Manager to help lead our store team and deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
The Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a brand ambassador, stylist and leader. You’ll create a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued and leaves feeling their best.
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service
- Offer confident styling advice and build lasting customer relationships
- Support and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Take responsibility for the store in the Manager’s absence
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock management and daily operations
About You
- At least 2 year’s retail experience (women’s fashion preferred)
- Supervisory or management experience is desirable
- Commercially aware and confident driving sales
- A natural people person with a flair for styling
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
