Working within the team, you will learn the tools, techniques and approaches used by the team and apply them in a controlled environment to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality and to budget.
Key to the role, you will work supporting Enterprise productivity software tools, interconnecting with critical production software, databases and customer systems.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice IT Software Solutions Technician. As an apprentice, you will assist with the development, implementation, and support of software systems as well as learn and grow alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain exposure to different systems, for example: productivity software tools like JIRA, Confluence, as well as integrating various software, databases, and customer systems for automation.
