- CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified
- Experience advising on mortgages and protection or be in the mortgage advice industry
- High standards of customer service and relationship-led advice
- Well-organised, confident communicator
- Based in or close to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, St Austell, Penryn, Launceston, Okehampton, Tavistock or Plymouth
