Alvechurch FC Community Foundation are recruiting for a
Youth Lead/Secretary.
This is a part time paid position, working with 3 Assistant Heads of Youth.
Reporting to Lead Trustee for Operations and Strategy.
Requirements of role-
- Attending training and matches periodically.• Leading Junior Team managers meetings.• Dealing with Safeguarding matters and liaison with lead safeguarding officer.• Being the secretarial port of call for the various leagues.• Assisting with collection of subscriptions. This includes e mailing, face to face meetings and/or phoning if necessary.• Working with Finance Officer re league and affiliation fees plus fines at the required times.
