LG Project Consultancy are currently recruiting for experienced Plumbers to work on the prestigious Points Cross (Guinness Homes) new build apartment development in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy residential project with a minimum of 3 weeks' work available and the potential for further opportunities.
Duties Will Include:
- Installation of hot water cylinders
- Installation of blow-off pipework
- Working within occupied and newly completed apartment units
- Following site drawings and specifications
- Working efficiently to programme deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
There are over 200 apartments requiring these works, making this an ideal opportunity for experienced plumbers looking for consistent work on a well-organised project.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card or JIB/Plumbing Skills Card
- Previous experience installing cylinders and associated blow-off pipework
- Experience working on residential new build projects
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
