The Role
As a member of our bar team, you'll help create a great experience for everyone who visits the club. No two shifts are the same – from serving drinks on busy match days to preparing food for players and customers, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Operating the till and handling card payments accurately
- Preparing simple food using our fryers and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the bar, kitchen and customer areas clean and well presented
- Restocking fridges and preparing the bar for service
- Helping during football matches, private functions and community events
- Following food hygiene, licensing and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable and reliable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Calm under pressure during busy periods
- Happy to help wherever needed
- Bar or hospitality experience is preferred, as we're looking for someone who can settle into the role quickly. Full training will be provided on how we do things.
Hours:
Part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
Additional shifts are regularly available during football matches, tournaments and private events.
Pay:
£12.71 per hour, plus 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay (£14.24 per hour total).
