Summary
We are currently recruiting a warehouse operative to join our busy, fast paced warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, motivated individual who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in maintaining a tidy work space and can work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse stock handling including loading, unloading, sorting, and organising goods
- Operating warehouse machinery such as balers, and other equipment (full training provided)
- Maintaining a safe working environment in line with company policies
- Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring accuracy
- General warehouse duties supporting the wider team
- Pick and process stock quickly and efficiently to ensure customers receive the right products on time
Skills and experience
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- High energy and attention to detail — essential for handling varied stock types and organisational skills
- Reliability and teamwork
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
